MOLDED RUBBER

For making small and larger molded rubber articles, BKM Linings has the disposal of various vulcanising presses with electrically heated plates. With these presses, we can make technical rubber products by means of compression, transfer and/or injection moulding. Whether it involves small or large series, full rubber or rubber/metal bonding, BKM Linings as a rubber factory offers all technical possibilities. In close consultation with you, we set the requirements the rubber minimally has to comply with for a good performance and long lifespan of the product. Then, we determine the design of the mould and which production method is most efficient to manufacture your product.

RUBBER QUALITY

The rubber qualities we use for making molded rubber products are, among others, NR, SBR, NBR, EPDM, CR in various compositions and various degrees of hardness. The choice of rubber strongly depends on its application. Are pressure, high or low temperature, oil contact, wear and tear and/or other factors that can strongly influence the durability of the rubber an issue?
