Production hall

For producing and vulcanising the most diverse technical rubber products, we have various production techniques at our disposal. BKM Linings has a production hall for coating and vulcanising rubber on steel parts in autoclaves. For blasting and conserving steel parts, we have a spacious blast hall and a spray space with extraction wall. Rubberizing rollers and wheels and compressing technical rubber products to size is performed in a second production hall. The production halls are all furnished with indirectly fired heating units for a good production temperature and crane tracks for transporting the (rubberized) steel parts.
